HeadsUpHPE is proud to partner with 'Defeat the Beat'.

Defeat the Beat is a curriculum-aligned, inclusive fitness-based game. The idea of the game is to empower players (students) through choice and motivate them to achieve their best through various levels of fitness-based gameplay. All of this is done through movement and the sound of engaging upbeat music and visuals.
